We sell Memopezil, a dietary supplement, to adults aged 18 and over. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and the contract exists when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be served, or where stock has run out, and in that case nothing is charged.

Prices, payment and stock

Prices are shown in United States dollars and include no hidden additions. Free shipping applies to the three and six bottle orders; on a two bottle order the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Every order is a single charge. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no second charge later. Prices can change for future orders, but never for one already placed. If an obvious pricing error appears on the site we will contact you rather than silently charge the wrong amount.

Memopezil is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Customer reviews published here were sent to us by customers and are shortened for length and initialled for privacy. Sending us a review gives us permission to publish it in that form. We do not pay for reviews and we do not remove one for being unflattering.

Limits of our liability

We stand behind the product and the 60 day guarantee, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
