Who we are and what this covers

Larkmere Wellness Group, LLC operates buymemopezil.com, the official store for Memopezil. This notice explains what we collect when you visit or order, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only.

Information you give us

When you order, we receive your name, delivery address, email address and telephone number so that we can pack, post and track your parcel and reach you if something goes wrong. When you write to support, we keep that correspondence so the next person who answers you knows what has already been said.

Payment details

We do not hold your card. Payment is processed by our payment provider on an encrypted connection, and what reaches us is a confirmation that the transaction succeeded, plus the last four digits for matching a refund to an order. Nobody at Larkmere Wellness Group, LLC can see your full card number, and nobody here will ever ask you for it by email or telephone.

Information collected automatically

Our server keeps standard access logs: the page requested, the time, the referring page, a browser type and a truncated network address. We use them to see which pages are read and to spot abuse. We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not build a profile of you for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may hold one short lived session value that remembers you dismissed the order bar at the bottom of the page. It disappears when you close the tab.

Who else sees your data

Only the parties who have to: the payment processor, the carrier that delivers your parcel, and the email service that sends your confirmation. Each receives the minimum needed to do that one job. We do not sell, rent, trade or share customer lists with anybody, for any price.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Access logs are discarded after ninety days.

What you can ask for

Write to [email protected] and you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep, or ask us to stop emailing you. We reply within thirty days and we do not charge for it. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.

Children

Memopezil is for adults. We do not sell to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information about children. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will remove it.
