Why we made Memopezil

Larkmere Wellness Group, LLC began in 2018 around a kitchen table, which is a cliche until it is your kitchen table. Our founder had spent eleven years in ingredient sourcing, mostly for other people's brands, and had watched her father start writing the same appointment on three different calendars because he no longer trusted himself to remember it once. He was not ill. He was seventy one and slowing down, and the shelf of supplements he had accumulated was doing nothing except taking up space next to the bread bin.

What she knew from the sourcing side was uncomfortable: many of those bottles contained real ingredients at amounts too small to matter, wrapped in packaging that cost more than the powder inside. So the brief for Memopezil was narrow on purpose. Five ingredients, not twenty five. Honey as the base rather than a filler, because it is a food her father already trusted and it makes the daily habit pleasant instead of medicinal. Bacopa monnieri because it is the one botanical with a serious research history behind memory. Rhodiola, L-theanine and Panax ginseng for the stamina and attention side, since forgetting things and being exhausted turn out to be closely related complaints.

Why one website only

We are asked this constantly, usually by people who assume the answer is greed. It is not. How we source and check

Memopezil is blended, encapsulated and bottled in the United States at a contract facility registered with the Food and Drug Administration that works to Good Manufacturing Practice standards. Every run is tested for identity, potency and contamination before we accept it. We bottle in small quantities so that stock moves rather than ages, and we would rather be briefly out of stock than ship something that has sat in a warehouse for eighteen months. What we will not do is dress that up with certificate numbers and laboratory names to make routine quality control sound like an accreditation.
